Here are our terms and conditions for all we sell.
Most of what we sell is custom-made. Therefore; these items cannot be returned. You will be given an opportunity to approve the design as to colors and size before we make it. If the garment proves to be defective, then we would consider a return to be appropriate.
Stock items may be returned for any reason (you are responsible for shipping charges) within thirty (30) days for a full refund. After thirty (30) days you will receive a store credit.
For all returns you must contact us first and arrange for the return. Email us at [email protected] and leave this information: Your name, your address, a telephone number where we can reach you (we will only call between 9am and 9pm in all time zones), and the reason you want to return the item.
If you want to select your own material for our custom-made pillowcases, then do so. Pick out what you want and send it to us. You will need a minimum of one yard of material (must be at least 28 inches by 42 inches) for the body and one-quarter yard by 42 inches for the end. If you want a decorative strip between the body and the end, send a four inch by 42 inch strip of fabric. Please keep in mind that if there is a pattern in the material you may need one and one-half yards of material so that there is enough material for the design to encompass the entire pillowcase. Unused material will not be returned. Select your name to be embroidered. When completed, we will ship your pillowcase to you. Since you have paid for shipping to get the material to us we will pay to ship back to you. Fair enough?
If you have your own towels to be embroidered with a name, design, or monogram, send them to us. Please wash and dry the towels (do not use fabric softener) before sending. Embroidery works so much better when the material is treated this way. Again, we will pay for shipping back to you. Use a sturdy container. We will ship back in the container you send.
